This SZ stranding line for stranding optical cable cores including fiber loose tube 3.5mm max., fillers and strengthen members to be stranded optical cable.
Features:
1. Pay-off is the motorized take-up device, the tension of the pay-off is stable and reliable, and the maximum number of loose tubes can reach 12.
2. SZ stranding is full differential structure and the stranding pitch is stable.
3. The tying yarn adopts the double-head single-point two-way cross-twisting method, and the yarn tension is controlled by segmentation, which is stable and reliable.
4. The production line has sound and light alarms such as tension overrun, release line breakage, and water blocking belt breakage.
